We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our founders to join us on this exciting journey

Your mission

As our Executive Assistant at Prewave, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as:

  • Managing complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for our founders, ensuring efficient use of their time
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for the founders
  • Assisting with organization of various events
  • Facilitating meetings with investors and help with presentations, documents, meeting notes, surveys
  • Preparation of meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by our founders
Your profile
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, supporting C-Suite executives or a management team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a hyper-growth environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of confidentiality, reliability and professionalism at all times
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with focus on priorities & deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack and DocuSign
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a big plus
  • Valid work permit for Austria

In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, which is EUR 2,396 gross per month (full-time basis). However, the actual salary will be adjusted based on your qualifications, experience, and the specific role.
