You will be charged with:
Analyzing
Effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc
Develop courses and enablement to support role ramp up as well as tenured solution consulting development and new products/offerings Update existing courses/enablement programs for new and existing products/offerings and other identified gaps or new opportunities. These could be product as well as skills courses/programs.Develop, lead and support through delivery of content tracks for Solution Consulting Events
Teach demonstration and sales skills by developing scalable training that can be delivered/tailored to your specific persona Mentor and instruct new solution consulting workmates on aspects of the product that are needed for demo success Deliver and facilitate enablement programs focused on product as well as skills. Virtually as well as in person. Mentor and coach solution consulting workmates through their certification processAbout You

Basic Qualifications
5+ years in software solution consulting
3+ years in Workday solution consulting with focus on oCIO
Other Qualifications
Outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers
Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies
Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
