Dein Profil:

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung. Du bringst Erfahrung im Kundenservice mit und bist bereit die „Extra-Meile“ für unsere Kunden zu gehen. Du zeichnest dich durch ein ausgeprägtes Service- und Dienstleistungsverständnis aus und arbeitest eigenständig, präzise und strukturiert. Gute Englischkenntnisse und versierte MS Office-Fähigkeiten, einschließlich der mühelosen Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen, gehören zu deinen Kompetenzen. Dein ausgeprägtes Interesse, Engagement und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus, während du gleichzeitig verantwortungsbewusst arbeitest und einen pflichtbewussten Umgang mit vertraulichen und sensiblen Daten als selbstverständlich betrachtest.
