Business Development Director Manufacturing/ Industrial

Overview EPAM is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our sales team in southern Germany in a flexible hybrid working setup. You will be responsible for driving continued growth across a number of our core verticals in the German market by working closely with our internal Consulting, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery and partners in the region. Your role is that of the skillful originator and coordinator who organizes the meetings and follow up steps that bring together all the different parties prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists and delivery experts the multi-disciplinary teams who jointly produce the right solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Drive all sales and marketing activities within your region but working cross regions to share knowledge Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs; by serving as liaison to Business Units, sales, partner and executive teams Work with the cloud vendor to identify opportunities and joint target accounts Coordinate with the EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews Work with the assigned partner manager to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integrator Drive joint marketing initiatives with marketing teams Requirements Relevant experience in all aspects of the sales life cycle Relationships and network building: we need you to be the person who thrives on meeting people and networking Experience with selling software and IT services is desirable Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills Full proficiency in German language is required Experience selling IT services into Manufacturing or Industrial clients is nice to have We offer 30 days holiday per annum Company Pension Scheme Regular performance assessments Fitness-First Black Membership Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) (subject to certain eligibility requirements) Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Friendly and enjoyable working team Regular corporate and social events Flexible and remote working opportunities Award-winning workplace: Recognized by Kununu (Top Company ), Glassdoor (Best Places to Work ) and the NewWork Business Award 2025 for outstanding culture, innovation and employee satisfaction *All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development, Information Technology, and Engineering Industries Software Development and IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
