AVL List GmbH offers a job in Austria (AT) asDepartment Manager Product Competence Management Battery Testing (Cell, Modul & Pack) f/m/dYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the development and implementation of the portfolio strategy within the segmentWorking closely with business developers & affiliates in different markets.Responsibility for the development, evaluation and implementation of customer solutions for key application tasks - across segments.Coordination and management of development projects incl. setting priorities to ensure market and customer needs are met Technical & disciplinary leadership as well as development of the product owner team (project management, product management and lead engineering) Budget, personnel and investment planning and responsibilityActive supervision and support of the sales team including customer presentationParticipation in segment strategy & development of growth strategiesYOUR PROFILE:Technical university degree (TU, FH) in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or equivalentProfessional experience in project management and product managementProfessional experience in leading teams (lateral and disciplinary)Qualifications in the area of employee management are an advantageCommunication and cooperation skills in coordination with other areasExperience in the SW area is an advantage (e.g. SW project management)Experience with agile methods (e.g. SCRUM) advantageous Experience in business analysis and strategy developmentWillingness to travel internationally (approx. 25 %)Fluent in written and spoken German and EnglishStrong goal orientation    WE OFFER:HomeofficeFlexitime RegulationCanteenAward-winning Training ProgramsHealth ManagementParental Leave Management (Maternity/Paternity Protection & Educational Leave)Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: 95,000.00.
