Dein Alltag:

  • Du führst und motivierst das Team
  • Du bist für das Counter Management zuständig: Einsatzplanung, Kontrolle über Sortimentspflege, Lagerbestand und Bestellwesen
  • Du bietest eine exzellente Verkaufsberatung und serviceorientierte Betreuung der Kund:innen
  • Du bist für die Umsetzung der MAC Cosmetics Services zuständig
  • Du erzielst die wöchentlichen Umsatzvorgaben sowie Retail KPIs im Team
  • Du setzt die monatlich vorgeschriebenen Counter Aktivitäten / Retail Marketing Kalender um
  • Du bist für die Stammkundenpflege und Neukundengewinnung zuständig
  • Du sorgst für eine exzellente partnerschaftliche Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit der Filialleitung und dem Retail Team, als auch Education
Das bist du:
  • Du hast schon mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkauf/Einzelhandel, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Eine professionelle Ausbildung als Visagist:in/Make-up Artist ist von Vorteil
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität, Begeisterung und Identifikation für Make-Up und insbesondere MAC Cosmetics
  • Du bringst eine sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit mit
  • Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie weitere Fremdsprache(n) (von Vorteil)
  • Du hast sehr gute Computer- und i-Padkenntnisse (insb. MS Office)
  • Du bist kreativ, gehst Herausforderungen proaktiv an und arbeitest gerne im Team
