Organizational Development Trainer

* Planung und Durchführung von Trainings mit Fokus auf Kommunikation, Mindset und persönliche Entwicklung * Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten Trainingsinhalten in Abstimmung mit den Bedürfnissen der Organisation * Durchführung von Workshops und Seminaren, sowohl in Präsenz als auch online * Unterstützung der Teilnehmerinnen bei der Umsetzung des Gelernten in ihrem beruflichen Alltag * Regelmäßige Evaluation der Trainingsmaßnahmen und -inhalte Das bringst Du mit:
* Verfügbarkeit von 20h pro Woche, befristet auf 1 Jahr * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Trainerin * Erfahrung in der Trainer- oder Coaching-Tätigkeit (selbstständig oder angestellt) * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Reisebereitschaft zu unseren anderen Offices in Porto, Barcelona oder Hamburg * Leidenschaft für die persönliche und berufliche Weiterentwicklung von anderen * Kommunikationsstärke und empathische Umgangsweise Erfahre mehr über diesen Job kununu ist die führende Arbeitgeber-Vergleichsplattform im deutschsprachigen Raum.
