Our client is a dynamic and ambitious building company specialising in Residential Housing throughout the Brisbane and Gold Coast. They are a flexible project builder with core values around customer satisfaction, quality and service. About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Building Supervisor to join them in an Ipswich and outer West area. Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of trades and materials for double storey, lowset and knock down rebuild projects
  • Maintain workplace safety on all job sites
  • Maintaining contact with owners and attending meetings
  • Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

Skills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 2 years Supervising experience in housing
  • Current Builder or Supervisors Licence
  • Experience with double storey, custom or knock down rebuild projects
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Customer satisfaction and service orientated
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
