Allgemeine Sekretariatsagenden (Büroorganisation, Korrespondenz Deutsch/Englisch, Telefonmanagement, Terminkoordination, Besprechungsbewirtung, Datenerfassung, Dokumentenverwaltung)
- Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung in allen organisatorischen Belangen
- Terminorganisation (z.B. Notartermine)
- Kommunikation mit externen Stakeholdern wie Gerichten, Behörden, Ämtern sowie Rechtsanwaltskanzleien im In
- und Ausland
- Rechnungsprüfung
- Betreuung von Firmen
- und Grundbuchsagenden
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung aller Informationen mit der Rechtsabteilung sowie Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Partnerunternehmen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung als Assistenz in einer Rechtsanwalts-, Notariatskanzlei oder einer Rechtsabteilung
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein präziser Arbeitsstil
- Gute Organisations
- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortlichkeit
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Anwaltssoftware (Advokat) von Vorteil
