Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sourcing-Team, um eine effektive Beschaffungsstrategie zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um Trends und Entwicklungen in der Beschaffungsbranche zu identifizieren.
- Identifizierung potenzieller Lieferanten und Überprüfung ihrer Fähigkeit, hochwertige Produkte oder Dienstleistungen zu liefern.
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen und der Entwicklung von Maßnahmenplänen zur Verbesserung der Lieferantenleistung.
- Analyse von Beschaffungsdaten und Entwicklung von KPIs zur Messung der Effektivität der Beschaffungsprozesse.
- Unterstützung bei der Verhandlung von Verträgen und bei der Verwaltung von Vertragsbeziehungen mit Lieferanten.
- Überwachung von Lieferkettenrisiken und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominimierung.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie der Qualitätssicherung und dem Einkauf, um sicherzustellen, dass die Beschaffungsprozesse den Unternehmensrichtlinien entsprechen.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Best Practices und der Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen im Sourcing-Bereich.
- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Beschaffung, Sourcing oder Lieferantenmanagement.
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Marktanalysen und in der Identifizierung potenzieller Lieferanten.
- Erfahrung in der Verhandlung von Verträgen und in der Verwaltung von Vertragsbeziehungen mit Lieferanten.
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von KPIs zur Messung der Effektivität der Beschaffungsprozesse.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu analysieren und Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage von Daten zu treffen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
- Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem Team zu arbeiten und gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten zu haben.
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen und der Entwicklung von Best Practices.
- Kenntnisse in Supply-Chain-Management und Risikomanagement sind von Vorteil.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Das Grundgehalt für diese Position setzt sich aus dem in Österreich gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.310,48 brutto pro Monat (x 14) und aus einer Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen zusammen.
