YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support of the EMEA Management (Sales & Service and Human Resources) in all administrative and organizational agendas.
  • Office management including appointment coordination and travel organization.
  • Plans the annual calendar of the VP's.
  • Preparation and followup of meetings and events (e. g. writing agendas and Prepares meeting minutes and follows up on action Items).
  • Independent handling of internal and external correspondence in German and English.
  • Coordination and followup of task and deliverables from the management team.
  • Coordination of crossdivisional activities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commercial education
  • Several years of experience in the assistance area
  • High level of independence and responsibility
  • Structured way of working, quick comprehension, and conscientiousness
  • Strong organizational talent and good conceptual skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Very good computer skills, especially MS-Office
  • CRM, ERP knowledge is an advantage
  • Professional English language and German and other languages are beneficial
