- Steuerung der Hausverwaltung, Planer, Konsulenten und Makler
- Erstellung und Monitoring der Objektbudgets
- Laufendes internes und externes Reporting auf Immobilien

- Laufende Analyse und Bewertung des verwalteten Bestandes inklusive Entwicklung von strategischen Empfehlungen

Ihre Ausbildung und Erfahrung:

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche zB Projektentwickler, Immobilienmakler, Immobilienbewerter
- Wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung/Studium mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien wünschenswert
