The Recycling Operations Europe team supports all plants in RHIM with their recycling activities.The team consists of mining, refractory and environmental engineers who cooperate with our European plant colleagues on-site to support, foster and push recycling activities.
As a Recycling Operations Professional, you will be involved in all recycling-related processes (sourcing, supply chain, quality, R&D) and will be supporting our current operations as well as our recently integrated production plants.
You will be primarily responsible for the application of recycling material in the production. Additionally, you will be working on projects together with R&D to develop new recycling opportunities. If necessary, in-house refractory and recycling training will be provided by our professionals. In this role, you will be traveling around 30 % of your working time to our production sites.In addition, your responsibilities includeFollowing-up with MIRECO on the sourcing and sourcing potential of recycling materialsFind new applications for currently not used recycling materials together with R&DDeveloping quality control procedures to increase reliability of recycling material qualityReporting of Recycling KPIs of our production plantsMapping recycling processes of existing and lately integrated plantsSupporting Recycling budget processAbout YouYou are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.
