Job Description:

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Own the client relationship and acts as first point of contact for client related matters and their long term success
  • Proactively lead every aspect of the postsales relationship, onboarding, training, demos, business reviews and regular checkins, ongoing support and renewal
  • Demonstrate product knowledge that allows you to help our clients by using the platform most effective
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client relevant KPIs and how to achieve them, sharing recommendations and insights using internal as well as external tools and sources
  • Develop and implement new innovative marketing operations with and for our clients to show growth on the platform
  • Conducting webinars & managing content for our documentation and mailings
  • Work closely with the product team by providing them with customer feedback and feature requests

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer relationship/success or account management role
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within companies driving joint success for clients
  • Strong customercentric growth mindset
  • Technology savvy & high interest in the digital world and sports
  • Highly independent and selfdriven personality
  • Advanced English proficiency in written & verbally, additional European language skills are of advantage

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
