Die Niederlassung in Wien erweitert sein Team um eine/n erfahrene Buchhalter in, welche sich innerhalb des Unternehmens auch in eine Führungsposition entwickeln kann.

Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Erstellung und Verwaltung der laufenden Buchhaltung und des Kassenbestandes (Ausgang, Eingang, Anlagevermögen, Überweisungen, )
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Rohbilanz für den Jahresabschluss
  • Kreditoren und Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl, Mahnwesen
  • Sicherstellung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen und deren fristgerechte Überweisung
  • Vertragsmanagement und alle damit verbundenen Controlling Aufgaben
  • Zuständig für alle Verwaltungsdatenbanken und deren Richtigkeit
  • Erstellung und laufende Verbesserung von Analysen und Monats- wie auch Quartalreports

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, Uni, FH, )
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position unbedingt erforderlich -vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsunternehmen
  • Sichere MS Office und einwandfreie Deutsch- wie auch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit einer ausgeprägten Team-Mentalität, ein authentisches Auftreten und Motivation Teil eines international vertretenen Unternehmens zu sein
