Customer Base Strategy Manager (f/m/d)

What you'll do:

* Develop and execute base management strategies and projects to reduce customer churn, increase ARPU and enhance product engagement.
* Adapt and implement Sky DACH group strategies and initiatives for the Austrian customer base.
* Extract and analyze customer data from the data warehouse and other reports to monitor and report the success of base management strategies and campaigns or to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and revenue growth.
* Collaborate and align with national & international cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of base management projects.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer base management and data-driven decision making.

Who you are:

You'll thrive in the role, if this fits your profile:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in customer base management, retention strategies, and revenue growth initiatives, preferably in a company with subscription-based consumer products.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with GCP and R for data extraction and analysis.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English AND German, strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
