About this role:

Als Facilities Coordinator (m/w/d) bist du zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in in unserem Büro für Anfragen von Mitarbeitern, externen Besuchern und Dienstleistern. Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit dem gesamten Facility Management Team und hast die Möglichkeit an Projekten mitzuwirken und FM Initiativen zu steuern.

  • Unterstützende Verwaltung des Facility Management im neuen Bürogebäude
  • Umsetzung der globalen FM Ziele und Richtlinien mit proaktiver Mitwirkung in der Zielplanung
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Teams und Businesspartner in den jeweiligen FM Dienstleistungen über verschiedene Medien
  • Koordination und Kontrolle der Leistungen von externen Dienstleistern
  • Qualitätskontrolle über regelmäßige Rundgänge im Gebäude
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung über Verfolgung und Optimierung der Ausgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Kaufprozessen- und systeme
  • Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von Aufgaben und Projekten in diversen FM Bereichen
What will you bring to the table?
  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Büromanagement) oder bereits erste Erfahrung im Facility Management
  • Dir gelingt es selbstständig Struktur in deinen Arbeitsalltag zu bringen
  • Du lässt dich von turbulenten Situationen nicht stressen, sondern siehst diese als willkommene Herausforderung an und bleibst flexibel
  • Du bist kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und kannst jederzeit angemessen und professionell auf allen Ebenen kommunizieren
  • Deine engagierte Arbeitsweise und deine Hands-on Mentalität zeichnen dich aus
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie Englisch
  • Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist gern gesehen
