Your Role:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact at our office for employee, external visitor, and service provider inquiries. You will work closely with the entire Facility Management Team, contributing to projects and steering FM initiatives.

Here are some key requirements for this role:

  • Supportive management of facility management in the new office building
  • Implementation of global FM goals and guidelines with proactive participation in target planning
  • Point of contact for our teams and business partners in various FM services through different channels
  • Coordination and monitoring of external service providers' performance
  • Quality control through regular building inspections
  • Assistance in budget planning by monitoring and optimizing expenses
  • Processing of purchasing processes and systems
  • Handling and implementation of tasks and projects in various FM areas
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed a commercial training (e.g., Hospitality, Gastronomy, Office Management) or have initial experience in Facility Management
  • You can independently bring structure to your work routine
  • You thrive in challenging situations, remaining flexible and seeing them as welcome opportunities
  • You are communicative, service-oriented, and can communicate appropriately and professionally at all levels
  • Your dedicated work approach and hands-on mentality set you apart
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • A Class B driver's license is a plus
