Sales&Service Education Specialist (m/w/d)

IHRE MISSION:

  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen und Events in der CHANEL Academy in Wien sowie in externen Locations
  • Präsentation und Kommunikation der Philosophie von CHANEL
  • Vermittlung von Produktwissen und Upskilling des Verkaufsteams
  • Konzeption und Adaption verschiedenster Trainingsformate und -inhalte für interne und externe Mitarbeiter:innen und Teilnehmer:innen
  • Erstellung von Content für die App der CHANEL Academy
  • Eigenverantwortliches Projektmanagement

Österreichweite Reisetätigkeit

IHRE EXPERTISE:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Retail Education oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundiertem Verständnis der Schlüsselprinzipien und Best Practices
  • Kreative und konzeptionelle Stärke in der Entwicklung von Trainingsformaten
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur Planung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen
  • Offene, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit begeisternden Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Tiefes Verständnis für die Emotionalität der Marke CHANEL und starke Affinität zu Produkten der Kategorien Fragrance & Beauty
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Präsentationssoftware, insbesondere Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
