We are now seeking a full time Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in our Support Office located in Rydalmere, Sydney.

The Role
  • Being the first point of contact for accounts/finance enquiries
  • Undertaking all AR/AP functions
  • Reconciling Bank, Credit Card. A/R, A/P General Ledgers
  • Maintaining the companies financial databases and spreadsheet
  • Assisting with month end financial journals and reporting
  • Assisting with regulatory requirements including BAS/IAS and EOY financials
  • Undertake all administrative functions in support to the Finance team
  • Ad hoc duties and analysis as required
About you
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Account / Bookkeeper role
  • Proficient in Xero and MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
  • Experience working with construction accounting software is desirable. (Procore / SAP / Cheops)

We delivered 54 outstanding apartments for the Newleaf complex, part of the larger Bonnyrigg Living Communities project.

Delivering 15 apartments across three levels, our construction solution for the Richard’s Avenue, Peakhurst , project was completed in 2019.
