Are you an organized and detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a flexible working arrangement? Our client is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join a the team in the retirement village/aged care/property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable (75%): Efficiently manage and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Month-End Reconciliations and Journals (20%): Assist in the preparation and review of month-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation, Ad Hoc Queries, and Forecasting (5%): Handle credit card transactions, provide support for various financial queries, and assist with forecasting activities.
