We have an exciting opportunity for anIT Delivery Managerto join the team at Rowville, VIC.

The primary objective of the role is to own the delivery of IT services across the AMA Group. The role is also responsible for the delivery of end user computing services, service desk teams and site services.

You will be responsible for ensuring AMA Group is being provided with effective and stable technological solutions that meets the need of the business and strive to continuously demonstrate the delivery of value along with an exceptional experience.

This is an exciting hands on role, that allows you to own the performance of the service desk, work as part of the team and ensure a exceptional customer experienceIf you have a technical background across Azure, O365, desktop and client support,and have had some experience leading a team, this role will provide you with growth and career opportunities within the broader IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Build a high performing and accountable team focused on client service delivery, operational risk management, product, and service knowledge.
  • Hands on support role, with ownership of the team, performance and customer experience.
  • Managing the IT & business relationship to ensure the business are provided with a seamless service and that IT are aware of business imperatives.
  • Liaise with internal technology teams on a strategic and day to day basis
  • Identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure the technology and integration services team consider the end-to-end operational impacts and information security requirements.
  • Maintaining a high level of service delivery in line with SLA requirements
  • Ensuring all outstanding actions are completed; responsible for driving incidents to closure.
  • Lead process design and optimization for IT internal processes.
  • Drive process change, including agile ways of working.
  • Managing Multiple Service Providers

Experience and Personal Attributes

  • Experience in delivering high quality technical services to business stakeholders through demonstrated experience.
  • Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required.
  • Experience across a broad range of IT Systems and applications
  • Highly organized with ability to complete multiple activities with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experiencing in reviewing and improving business processes.
  • Ability to work to tight timelines and with limited supervision.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into functional specifications
  • Highly effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude, and not afraid to bring about change
  • A natural willingness to get things right the first time;
  • Strong Influencing and negotiating skills
  • A proven strong work ethic.
