Wattletree Psychology is a large, well respected privatepractice neatly located in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburb of Malvern East. Westrive to provide quality psychological support to people of all ages. We offera supportive, friendly, team environment, where you would be working alongsidea team of professionals who are passionate about their work.
We have a position for a Child Psychologist to joinus on a part time basis, we offer:
- Part Time Role (min. 2 days per week) withflexibility to increase or work weekends.
- Sub Contractor Rental Rates with generous terms.
- Flexibility to work in the practice and via TeleHealth.
- Masters/Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology,Counselling Psychology or Educational & Development Psychology.
- Hold current & full registration with AHPRA.
- Registered Medicare provider or eligibility forsame.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- ABN or willing and able to obtain.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children,adolescents & their families in the field of Psychology.
- Enthusiastic, passionate, empathetic & havea solid work ethic.
- A strong desire and long-term goal to work withchildren.
- Preparedness to work face-face with children andadolescents but have flexibility for TeleHealth work with parents.
- Ability to provide in person after school/afterhourssessions.
- Interest in running parent groups.
- Experience working with complex presentations.
