Senior Executive - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Digital Transformation

Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Senior Executive with a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and service quality across multiple process automation and digital transformation disciplines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional commercial skills across various functions, including sales, business development, new market expansion, enterprise account management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Spearhead national sales growth and strategic initiatives for Digitisation Services.

  • Attain sales targets through direct efforts and by guiding the sales teams.
  • Oversee the sales process for Digitisation and implement business improvement plans.
  • Formulate the commercial strategy for BPO delivery channels.
  • Collaborate with senior management to lead the Digitisation strategy.
  • Develop and execute Digitisation Marketing Plans, both externally and internally.
  • Discover and capitalize on new markets for Digitisation capabilities.
  • Market and sell a variety of outsourced business process services, including automated communication and document management solutions, comprehensive business process re-engineering, and operational managed services.
  • Secure substantial outsourced contracts by providing solutions that boost productivity and business process efficiency, implement innovative approaches to current challenges, reduce operational expenses, and offer considerable value-added services to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, working with key industry sectors including Telecommunications, Government (State and Federal), Retail, Insurance, and Banking & Finance.
  • Proven experience in defining go-to-market strategies, including the commercialization and marketing activities associated with the strategy.
  • Excellent understanding of the entire sales process and closing new clients using formal sales methodologies.
  • Proven sales conversion experience in the APAC region.
  • Experience negotiating at all levels with a track record of success in closing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Experience working with top 200 ASX companies.
  • Member of Professional services organisations such as AIIM.
  • Winner of multiple sales achievement awards

  • Capable of working with high energy and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting.
  •  Proficient in influencing and communicating effectively across various functions and geographic regions with all levels of management.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated, with strong multitasking abilities, deadline management, and pressure handling.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive "can-do" attitude and a readiness to assist with diverse tasks, including those outside the core role.
  • Eligible to obtain a security clearance if necessary.
