This high profile and extremely successful Australian FMCG business has been experiencing rapid growth across all their divisions. Due to the strong growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded CFO to join the business. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the executive leadership team, you will have 8-10 direct reports and be responsible for:

  • Leading the entire finance function
  • Take ownership of monthly, half year and full year reporting
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to the executive leadership team
  • Establish and evaluate business capital requirements
  • Board reporting and presentations
  • Oversee the external audit process
  • Compliance with taxation matters
  • Assist with managing key relationships - solicitors, banks, insurers etc
  • Long term strategic planning and assist with strategy development
  • Ad hoc projects and process improvements

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have a proven track record of operating at the CFO level within an FMCG/consumer goods environment. You will have a hands on approach along with a strategic and commercially orientated mindset. The ability to lead, manage and nurture a team is also essential.
