This early-stage Technology start up with a global reach and network are currently looking for the next piece of their Executive Management Team in the form of a Chief Financial Officer. The organisation are utilising artificial intelligence, big data and blockchain technology to bring an alternative asset class to the market and they now require the next stage of funding to initiate the next phase of awareness and growth.
 
The product and platform are launched, and the organisation now require a networked finance professional to lead them through their Seed funding stage, to facilitate the next stage of the group’s future. The role will see the CFO identify, meet, present and convert future investors while also maintain investor relations over the short and medium term. It is important you also have exposure to deal structuring and have a strong financial planning abilities to truly showcase what the product and platform is and can become.

The CEO is looking for a CFO for the long term and it will be your ability to lead and acquire the next stage of funding that will be reflective in your own overall remuneration. The CEO is willing to truly reward strong performance, and this could come in the form of equity and significant bonuses. Being able to display a track record of doing these types of deals would be hugely advantageous and once briefed and researched, it is vital the future CFO shares the EMT’s passion and belief in the product, while also buying into the bigger picture about what the product and company can become.
