Influencer & Partnerships Manager (Melbourne)

About the RoleAs the Influencer & Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating and bridging client strategy and execution to bring influencer, ambassador and affiliate campaigns to life for our clients across a range of platforms including social, digital and events. Your responsibilities will include managing key stakeholder relationships, overseeing project budgets and financials, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
About YouYou bring 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and talent management, project coordination, and a solid grasp of social media and content strategies. Your ability to build relationships spans internal and external stakeholders of all levels, and you have experience mentoring a team to deliver results. Ideally, you will have worked and thrived in an agency environment and are interested in integrating talent and influencer strategies with events, social media and PR and earned media campaigns.
What you’ll work on- Developing, presenting and executing creative and relevant talent, influencer and brand partnership strategies for our clients, that ultimately drive business impact.
- Manage day-to-day team output and commercial aspects of multiple projects.
- Tapping into your current influencer and talent manager contacts, as well as forming new relationships
- Accountability for achieving set coverage KPIs and generating quality influencer and talent content and campaigns
- Creating talent gifting drives with bespoke merch, product inclusions and printed collateral.
- Ideadting and executing talent and brand-partnership-led events, with the support of our Event Producers.
- Apply deep knowledge of Influencer Marketing globally, and AiMCO best practices.
- Be client-facing and have consultative, advice-driven conversations with clients and prospects surrounding the talent and influencer landscape.
- Project coordination and team management to deliver exceptional client results
- Post-campaign reporting to review activity against business impact, and make recommendations to our clients that focus on industry best practices, trends and opportunities to optimise their activity.
- Build great relationships with our client partners, team members, talent management contacts and influencers.
- Strategic problem-solving skills to be able to identify potential issues, troubleshoot and execute solutions that drive results to hit our KPIs.
- Analysis of current and completed campaigns regularly and managing up on results and your efforts to improve
- 3+ years of experience in the influencer marketing industry, alongside agency experience.
- Great communication and excellent relationship skills.
- An outcome-driven mindset and commitment to achieving results.
- A proven track record in delivering influencer and talent campaign successes that you can share with us.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
- A deep understanding of reporting, data visualisation and analysis
- Ability to work both independently and also collaboratively as part of a team, with direction from our Client Services Director
- Hands-on mentorship from the Free Folk Agency Leadership Team.
