We are seeking a Pre-Sales Architect to join our client, a digital service provider in Brisbane, Queensland. This senior role involves technical delivery, pre-sales, consulting, and business development.

This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of $200k - $230k INC Super + Bonus and Hybrid working environment with 2-3 days WFH each week. 

About the Role: As a Pre-Sales Architect, you will:

  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentorship, and support to practice leaders.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring quality standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for adoption.
  • Manage technical projects from initiation through completion, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Actively participate in and drive business development activities, writing proposals, responding to RFQs, and identifying opportunities to bring in new clients and expand our footprint with existing clients.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within technical teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the technical field.
Your Experience: We are looking for a self-starter with demonstrated experience within the Information Technology Industry. You should have:
  • Extensive technical design and delivery expertise across multiple platforms and technologies, including multi-cloud applications on Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Applications and Technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in software/cloud solutions development (.NET C#, Azure Integration Services, SQL & NoSQL databases, IAC (ARM, Bicep, Terraform), Node.js, and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Leadership experience across the software development life cycle.
  • Proven track record of delivering using Agile and Prince 2 methodologies.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF certification is advantageous).
  • Desirable experience with other CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce) and Document Management solutions.
  • An empathetic leadership style, committed to continuous growth and developing high-performance teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204 Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure, AZ-305 Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions, etc.
