The CIO Branch enables the activation of new technologies and support networks; digitises business interactions with other government agencies, business and the community; embraces new and innovative opportunities that can be delivered through digitalisation of services and business transformation; provides service delivery with more customer focus, enabled by integrated systems; and invests in systems to transform data into information across all aspects of the business.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- To be a successful Assistant Cyber Security Advisor within TCCS you will ideally have experience in or knowledge of cyber security governance, risk and/or compliance management, the development of documentation such and risk management plans and/or security plans, and an understanding of the ICT and cyber security context of government agencies.
- Current NV1 national security clearance or ability to obtain and hold an NV1 national security clearance is mandatory.
- A tertiary degree, certificate and/or professional certification in Cyber Security, ICT Risk Management, Compliance Auditing or Governance, is highly desirable.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for 12 months with possibility of permanency. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
