Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency
Details: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring the appropriate, accurate and complete recording of Housing ACT’s Capital Program transactions and events. Housing ACT is a division of the Community Services Directorate. It is responsible for the provision and management of public housing services and delivery and management of homelessness services in the Territory. The position will also assist with Capital Program budget processes and the timely provision of data for end of month processing.
The position will work closely with the Infrastructure and Contracts branch within Housing ACT to consult and share information on capital program related matters. Infrastructure and Contracts is responsible for the management and maintenance of the public housing portfolio. This includes the delivery of the annual capital program, consistent with the ACT Housing Strategy and Growing and Renewing Public Housing. The capital program consists of the purchase and sale of dwellings, the redevelopment of existing dwellings, and the construction of new dwellings. It also manages the Total Facilities Management Contract, which manages the repair, maintenance and upgrades of the physical portfolio.
