About the Role

Looking to make a difference, come join Koh and make a positive mark on the world. We are looking for an experienced and strategic minded CRM Manager, loyalty specialist who enjoys leading initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsible for developing CRM communication strategies to deliver on core KPI’s, increasing customer retention, re-activation and reducing churn. 

  • Build impactful automations and customer journeys that deliver personalised messages across various touchpoints.
  • Create end-to-end execution of email-driven campaigns from build, to testing and deployment, through to reporting and campaign insight to deliver campaign goals. 
  • Coordinate audience targeting and segmentation strategies for sharp and effective digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategies that maximise cart value and elevate e-commerce performance.
  • Partner with brand and design leads to align messaging and content in targeted campaigns with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct A/B Testing to continually optimise and improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Achieve commercial KPIs delivering CRM & Retention objectives targeting customer lifetime value, revenue, cross/upsell, churn reduction, loyalty and calibrate as needed to support the business success
  • Lead innovative initiatives; design and oversee the implementation of informative and motivational journey touch points
  • Gather data through survey platforms to enrich profiles and support brand and Innovation functions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on CRM and e-commerce performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance customer experiences.
     

About you 

  • Possess 4 + years of hands-on experience in marketing automation/CRM, e-commerce, and/or communications.
  • Experience with Shopify & Klavyio is essential. 
  • Hands on approach - someone who likes to remove the baton passes and run with a small business mindset to make stuff happen (think templates for emails, AI for copy, able to jump in and grab design assets)
  • Exhibit a genuine passion for unravelling the customer journey and leveraging automated communications to enhance every step.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing change, navigating ambiguity, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Tackle challenges with creative solutions and critical thinking, all while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excel in crafting clear and engaging written communication, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
