National Auto Glass Supplies is a market leader in the Automotive Glass Industry, and has a strong operational presence across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue to expand and evolve, we seek a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team and drive our financial strategy.

As our Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organisation. This is a full-time role based out of our Head Office in Riverwood, Sydney.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
  • Oversee and lead all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, statutory reporting and transaction support
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Evaluate and optimise financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team to provide data-drive decision making
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors and regulatory bodies
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualification (highly regarded)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a CFO in a mid-market company, either privately held or ASX listed
  • Experience in managing equity capital raising and M&A transactions as a CFO
  • Experience as an auditor with a reputable accounting firm (advantageous)
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expert technical understanding of financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • The ability to adapt to dynamic business environments
  • Tech-savvy, high proficiency with Excel, Accounting Software and ERP systems
  • Experience in the industrial or wholesale distribution business (highly regarded)
