Customer Service Officer

Based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, you will be joining a leading global organisation to assist their Customer Service Team
This company are part of a large global group with locations spanning across 50 countries and over 15,000 employees. Specialising within the manufacturing and security solutions space, they have a down to earth culture and provide their customers with the very best service.

Your Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working alongside a high performing team, your role will include:
- Providing an exceptional experience to the customer by responding to incoming telephone enquiries
- Managing high volumne of inbound customer calls 80 - 100 calls daily
- Communicate effectively with internal staff
- Directing calls to appropriate departments
- Updating customer details on the system
- Resolving any hiccups that occur in the customer service process by providing an outstanding resolution for the customer.
- General Administration and data entry
As a Customer Service Officer with proven experience within your field, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Exposure to large CRM systems and a passion to delivery exceptional service to both internal and external key stakeholders
You will have a down to earth nature, and a natural ‘get up and go’ personality. You will be reliable, you take pride in your work and have a confident and professional attitude.
