About the role
Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, our new Business Development Partner will be responsible for driving the organisations marketing & sales objectives. You will be responsible for business development, planning, and solutions management handover to the delivery teams across a variety of market segments.
The role offers broad and varied exposure to the Australian construction industry and is best suited to a forward-thinking individual that is driven to exceed client expectations, by providing solutions to meet the client's needs.
Duties
• Build a sustainable market share and drive and support repeat business
• Work with the National Team in securing Strategic Project opportunities
• Identify complementary service offerings to customers and areas to expand NCS’s suite of offers through provision of services or acquisition of aligned regions.
Requirements
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights and Drivers License
• Current valid White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencing in the role)
• Self–driven with strong communication skills
Desirable
Working knowledge of the remediation industry (products/services/methodologies), exposure to asset management practices, experience in selling to infrastructure providers e.g. water / wastewater, civil, road, rail, renewables.
