About the role:

As People and Culture Lead, you will own the people strategy, with the aim of fostering a thriving organisational culture where every team member feels valued, inspired, and empowered to contribute to our shared success.

Reporting to the CEO in a high-growth business, this role is instrumental in elevating the organisation to the next level. The goal:

As the People and Culture Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and nurturing our organisational culture. You will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

This includes:

  • Shape, lead and oversee delivery of Multi-Year People and Culture strategy for the overall business, partnering with key leaders to embed the strategic decisions into the business.
  • Deliver talent mapping initiatives to address succession gaps, build capability, and develop critical skills within the business.
  • Enhance and develop innovative strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent, including developing employer branding initiatives.
  • Management of a HR Coordinator
  • Driving initiatives around Learning and development, and DE&I
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Other HR activities including: Payroll management, visa management, vendor relations, and event management (think company wide offsites)

We're looking for someone with the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior HR BP or Lead role, and the drive to fast-track your career to HRD level
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with senior leaders and influence stakeholders, providing strategic and operational counsel
  • Experience designing and executing fit-for-purpose people and culture strategy.
  • Strong people leadership capability - previous experience leading a team is desirable.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, confident in the ability to make a meaningful difference to the business
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organisational success.
  • Experience in leading DEI initiatives and promoting an inclusive workplace.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use HR metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
