The Role:
Niche Advisory is seeking an experienced Sales Director with proven experience as a Senior Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the company's value proposition and the benefits of their property and project services. We are looking for a professional who is friendly, persuasive, and adept at influencing potential clients.

What the Role Looks Like:
- Identify and Develop New Sales Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential business opportunities within the target market. Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Convert Appointments into Meetings: Work closely with appointment setters to ensure a smooth handover and thorough understanding of prospects. Follow up on appointments created by appointment setters and convert them into productive meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate new business leads.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
What Do You Need to Have?
- Proven Experience: Selling similar solutions to C-Suite executives, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in an industry or role with a long sales cycle.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Personal Attributes: Persistent, results-oriented, patient, and able to handle customer rejection.
