IHRE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung der operativen VIG Gesellschaften zur Erreichung der „Technical Excellence“ im Bereich der Lebens
- und Krankenversicherung
- Aktiver selbständiger Austausch mit den VIG Gesellschaften u.a. über die Geschäftsentwicklungen in den Bereichen der Lebens
- und Krankenversicherung
- Aktive Beratung der Gesellschaften zur Optimierung ihres Personenversicherungs-Portefeuilles
- Entwicklung von Deckungskonzepten und deren Umsetzung in CEE im Bereich der Krankenversicherung
- Versicherungstechnische Unterstützung innerhalb von VIG Holding Projekten
- Mitwirkung bei Due-Dilligence-Aktivitäten
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen
- Gestaltung und Koordination des Know-how-Transfers innerhalb der VIG Gruppe

IHR PROFIL
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Versicherungsgesellschaft im Bereich Lebens
- oder Krankenversicherung
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung, Underwriting oder Schadenregulierung
- Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit sowie Einführung von neuen Produkten und Kollaboration mit Vetriebspartner:innen
- Ausbildung in Versicherungsmathematik von Vorteil
- Unternehmerische und strategische Denkweise
- Lösungsorientierte, selbständige, verantwortungsvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in englischer Sprache, CEE Sprache von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft (vor allem im CEE-Raum)

Basierend auf den Bestimmungen des Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes informieren wir über das monatliche kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt in Höhe von € 3.167,16 brutto. Selbstverständlich bieten wir aber eine marktkonforme Bezahlung, die Ihre Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung berücksichtigt.
