**Your Tasks**:

- Active exchange of information with the VIG companies, e.g. on business developments in the areas of life and health insurance
- Actively consulting companies in order to optimise their life insurance portfolios
- Developing coverage plans and implementing them in the health insurance segment in CEE
- Actuarial support within VIG Holding projects
- Participating in due diligence activities
- Performing risk analyses
- Structuring and coordinating the transfer of know-how within the VIG Group

**Your Profile**:

- At least five years’ professional experience at an operating insurance company in the field of life or health insurance
- Experience in product development, underwriting or claims management
- Experience in international cooperation as well as implementation of new products and collaboration with distribution partners
- Education in actuarial mathematics is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mentality
- Solutions-oriented, highly responsible, independent and structured approach
- Strong social skills and a good team player
- Very good communication skills in English, CEE language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (primarily in the CEE region)
