You will play a key role in analysing customer behaviour and driving strategic decisions and actions in the business. You will own analytics for a part of the customer lifecycle (e.g. Activation, Engagement, Personalisation) or one of our key focus areas (e.g. Prepaid Cards). You will become an expert in this area and work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, and strategy.

You will be responsible for all analytics in this area, from identifying priorities and opportunities, through defining KPIs, to analysing the success of individual tests and campaigns. You will contribute to a data-driven culture and ensure that we’re successful in generating insights and actionable recommendations.

**What would be your major responsibilities?**
- Empower the business to use data to make better & more informed decisions
- Work in a cross-functional team to collaboratively solve problems and achieve objectives on a part of the customer lifecycle
- Proactively identify opportunities for both product and marketing, balancing commercial and consumer perspectives
- Help build the strategy for your area as well as feeding into our wider data strategy
- Own and become an expert in your part of the customer lifecycle e.g. activation, loyalty & engagement, personalisation
- Define the most important KPIs for your area and understand the levers to drive them
- Perform ad hoc analysis to understand customer behaviour and make actionable recommendations to the business
- Ensure the collection of trustworthy data necessary to perform analysis
- Work with Snowflake and Tableau to wrangle and visualise data, telling a compelling story to your stakeholders
- Work with the wider insight team to connect the dots between your part of the lifecycle and the complete customer lifecycle

**Is this you?**
- Degree in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics or computer science
- 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills
- Advanced BI tool experience (e.g. Tableau or similar)
- Knowledge of A/B testing, statistics, and Python are a plus
- Strong data analytical skillset to extract trustworthy insights and communicate these to business stakeholders
- Proactivity in identifying opportunities and partnering with business stakeholders to drive solutions
- Full working proficiency in English
- Previous experience working within payments or gambling/financial trading verticals is desirable but not a requirement
- ** Full working proficiency in English**; **German / Spanish** is a plus
