**Corporate Controlling**:
As Head of Operations and R&D Controlling you are the business partner to the COO and senior management of functional areas Operations & Operational Excellence, Quality, Global Supply Chain and R&D.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Strong collaboration with your business partners and their global organization
- Support Operations and R&D strategy with facts and figures, ensuring transparency and supporting decision making
- Translate Operations and R&D strategy into annual budgets by coordinating planning activities
- Measuring performance, efficiency improvements and target achievements
- Providing relevant and timely information for decision making
- Ensure compliance with reporting and accounting standards
- Continuously improve Operations and R&D Controlling process
- Managing a team of 4-5 controller, optimizing team structure and responsibilities

**Your Profile**:

- BA or MA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Operations Controller (preferably in an electronics / semicon company)
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Advanced Excel and SAP skills (FI/CO, BW, BPC)
- Full English and German proficiency written and oral
- Strong business and technical understanding paired with passion for technology
- Ability to stay focused and perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Reliable and thorough work style accompanied by top time management skill

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 63.000;
