**Meet our Team**

For our Office in Vienna we are are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist/Office Manager in Part-time (25 to 30 hours per week) who will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and will be the first point of contact for our company.

**What you'll be doing**
- Welcome guests and support on logistic such as: welcome board, arrange wifi, meeting room, hotel and flights booking, making price requests.
- Arranging company events
- Management of company cars and company phones
- Work on company access card for staff & visitor and update monthly report.
- Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate individuals/departments.
- Work on company mail post (in & out) and update monthly report.
- Update and work on monthly report about all costs and expenses for admin budgets.
- General admin work for the office and point of contact with our suppliers.

**What you bring to the team**
- Experience as Receptionist position or similar role
- Good organizational & customer service skills
- Experience in dealing with the Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
- German, English fluent spoken and written, other languages are an advantage.
- Independent, proactive, reliable and flexible
