In this position, you will be responsible for Talent Development & Training in Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary, with the countries at different stages of development of their training organization. You develop new tools, but also help make better use of those that already exist by bringing them and our people closer together and helping the organization to learn. Our overall goal is to create an environment that fosters lifelong learning and a growth mindset, enabling our employees to thrive inside and outside of Takeda.

**Your Opportunity**:

- Further develop a Talent Development & Training strategy for AUT, CZ and HUN in alignment with the BioLife business strategy and global T&OD strategy
- Represent the Talent Development & Training function, working closely together with the local Management
- Design, develop and implement tools and state-of-the-art formats in alignment with global systems
- Design and develop local Leadership-, TopTalent
- & Training Programs including selection of local trainers
- Conduct selected trainings (mostly global trainings) in BioLife Europe
- Local roll-out of global programs like mentoring program, succession planning etc.
- Develop and roll-out of culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives from the BioLife/ global strategy
- Further develop a training process in AUT, CZ and HUN and deploy the process including selection of trainers and contractual arrangements
- Working together with the local training coordinators to organize and administer trainings

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of Talent Development & Training
- University college degree desired
- Very good knowledge of the Talent Development & Training market in at least one of the three countries
- Experience with the setup and use of LMS systems
- Ideally international experience within a corporate HR environment
- Preferably an existing network of trainers either in the Czech Republic or Hungary
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A strong drive and desire to innovate combined with the patience and pragmatism to see projects and ideas through
- Willingness to quickly familiarize with new methods, take on new topics and constantly learn
- Excellent knowledge of English and one of the following languages: German, Czech or Hungarian
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of your working time, the rest can be managed either from one of our locations in Vienna, Brno or Budapest, or from home office

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position in Austria is € 4.751,92 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible. The salary and voluntary benefits might vary depending on the country of employment.
