Zur Verstärkung unseres HR Teams im südlichen **Wien **suchen wir ab sofort für **40 Wochenstunden** eine/n

**Talent Development (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Beratung, Konzeption und Implementierung zielgruppenspezifischer Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für Führungskräfte, Teams und individuelle Mitarbeiter*innen (Workshop, Training, Coaching)
- Kontinuierliche Evaluation und Weiterentwicklung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen sowie deren operative Umsetzung
- Koordination, Organisation und Administration aller Trainings, Schulungen und Assessments
- Beratung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften bei Fragen rund um die berufliche Weiterentwicklung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Geschäftsbereichen, externen Partnern sowie internem Marketing
- und Operations-Team

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder Psychologie von Vorteil
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personal
- und Organisationsentwicklung
- Erfahrung mit Konzipierung und Implementierung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen und Ausbildungs-programmen
- Sehr gute Präsentations
- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Interesse an vielfältigen Aufgaben in einem jungen, ambitionierten Team mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- B Führerschein
