We are looking for a** Site Facility Manager **for our site in** Vienna, AUSTRIA**

**Responsibilities**- Responsible of existing building services personnel as well as assignment/control of external companies/service providers for maintenance of building services equipment (ordering authority for mandatory security inspections).
- Ensuring corporate security by commissioning/controlling site surveillance and patronage of the access system
- Handling of renovation and reconstruction work (planning and preparation of technical tender documents, construction supervision, coordination of trades, invoice verification)
- Recycling responsibility and disposal of operational waste/waste materials in accordance with current waste management regulations, monitoring of waste separation in cooperation with the waste management officer
- Coordination and control of externally contracted services and/or a general service provider
- Control of fire protection facilities in cooperation with the fire protection officer
- Monitoring activities for the security of supply of the energy supply facilities (electricity, gas, water/wastewater, district heating, compressed air)
- Regular execution of the internal energy audit
- Participation in planning meetings for renovation and new construction projects
- Cost center budgeting and budget control
- Organization and operational execution of the external mail system
- Management of cell phones and interface with external cell phone operators and suppliers (HAAI)
- Management of site plans (AutoCAD)

**Key Requirements**:
- A Business or Technical University degree
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience of 2-3 years with various authorities/ security companies/ cleaning company, waste/waste disposal companies, maintenance/maintenance companies, energy suppliers, various construction trades, planning office
- Experience in facility management, master craftsman in mechanical or electrical engineering or HTL education
- Practical experience with facility management systems
- Optional: training as fire protection officer, waste management officer

The minimum salary for this position is € 4000 gross / month (14 x) for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
