To strengthen our motivated Master Data Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate **Digital Process / Project Manager (M/F/d) **.

**Your Role**:

- You manage digital process projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new business processes
- You develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
- You are our end-to-end business process owner for Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- You provide training and support to end-users on digital processes and tools
- You conduct workshops and trainings on digital process management, process automation, and data analysis
- You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital/business process management

**Your Profile**:

- You have completed your studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- You have already gained min. 4 years of experience in digital process management, process automation, and project management in producing industry
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are experienced with data analysis and visualization tools
- You like to work independently and collaboratively in an international and fast-pacing environment
- You have gained experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g. SAP Signavio)
- You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools
- You are a dynamic, ambitious and hands-on person and ready to grow in our MM organisation
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C-Level), German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 75,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
