For our office in Vienna we´re recruiting for a

**Digital Engagement Manager (f/m/d) - 18 months fixed term contract**

**About the role**

**What you´ll do**
- Orchestrate the creation and roll out of Multichannel (MC) projects. Lead and implement global digital projects on an affiliate level and be the first point of contact for Biogen international Omnichannel and Digital team members. Ensure timely delivery of projects/tasks within budget and at best possible quality.
- Support Marketing Teams, IT and Customer Excellence as well as other functions in their omnichannel projects with a focus on the digital activities. Build and maintain relations to global functions, necessary to support local projects; work with Biogen third party agencies
- Maintain and update the local websites, launch new one’sand support local congress activities if applicable
- Proactively counsel customer engagement teams on ways to improve existing OC activities and capability/IT stakeholders/agencies on analytical infrastructure
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects to the internal teams.
- Work together with field force staff and marketing teams and evaluate their digital ideas and the ideas of our customers - take quality standards, compliance and usability into account and leverage valuable projects, developing a detailed project plan, budget plan and timing.
- Actively collaborate with all global and EU+ digital functions as well as peers in EU19 countries and take part in exchange meetings

**Who you are**

You are an eager and ambitious digital enthusiast who is willing to come in and contribute from day one. Based on your previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry you know how to effectively master the cross-functional relationships on local and regional level and you really enjoy to drive projects and proactively guide your stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sciences; Master degree preferred,
- 3-5 years of Pharmaceutical Brand Management experience/digital marketing
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a project manager for digital and/or multichannel projects ideally in pharmaceutical/health care sector
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
- Ability to empathize with different types of stakeholders, personalities and their processes to ensure smooth communication, bilateral understanding and agreement
- Hands on mentality, strong focus on execution and result oriented, self starter, highly self motivated personality - understanding of how technology can help to achieve business goals.
- Proficient command of MS office suite, especially working with project management software
- Familiar with Content Managagement systems and understanding of SEO and Google Analytics and a solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
- Excellent methodical organization, time & team management skills, experience with managing several projects at the same time.
- Willingness to travel
- German and English on buiness fluent level (verbal & written)

Minimum annual gross salary of 60.000,00 €, depending on qualification and experience willingness to overpay
