Aufgaben
- Erstellen, Pflegen und Verwalten des Managementsystem Handbuches
- Sicherstellung, dass das AAS Safety und Quality Management System (SMS & QMS) an der Station täglich gelebt wird
- In Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung HR stellst du sicher, dass Arbeitsschutzvorschriften eingehalten werden
- Erarbeitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsarzt, der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit sowie den internen Sicherheitsbeauftragten und gewährleistest dabei einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz für alle lokalen Mitarbeitenden
- Analyse von Vorfällen, Erstellen von Untersuchungsberichten und abgeben von Empfehlungen für Abhilfemassnahmen
- Auseinandersetzen mit gesetzlichen Anforderungen (IATA-, ICAO- und EU-Vorschriften, nationale und lokale Zivilluftfahrtvorschriften) und Sicherstellung, dass diese eingehalten werden
- Sicherstellung, dass Beschwerden zentral verwaltet werden und beantwortet werden
- Verantwortlich für Änderungen in Airline spezifischen Manuals o.ä. intern an die korrekte Stelle gelangen
- Unterstützung der operativen Kräfte beim Erstellen von Standard Operating Procederes (SOP) und Read & Signs
- Unterstützung und Koordination interner und externer Audits mit allen entsprechenden Abteilungen

Qualifikation
- Starke Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Abgeschlossene Höhere Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Abgeleisteter Präsenz
- bzw. Zivildienst bei männlichen Bewerbern
