**Job Description** SG&A - indirect spend business cases**:

- Creation and documentation of SG&A relevant processes, link relevant FTEs to processes and develop set of KPIs to measure performance of indirect SG&A processes on regular basis
- Monitor value creation impact of indirect sales force activities and create business cases behind it (e.g. business development, product development, technical marketing, etc).
- Housekeeping of global SG&A costs in a standardized way including automated regular reporting as well as identification of cost improvement potentials
- Transformation of SG&A cost positions into general COGS P&L structure

**HR controlling**:

- Creation and advancement of HR / FTE standard reporting, global data harmonization, ad-hoc analysis and reports
- FTE budget and forecast in close alignment with business functions
- Determination and monitoring of steering-relevant HR KPIs as well as development of people costs
- Business partner role towards VP of Human Resources

**R&D controlling**:

- Supervision of research funding projects and calculation of relevant R&D business cases
- Business partnering for R&D department and regular reporting of R&D cost development, identify and report improvement potentials to management

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Several years of relevant experience in Controlling (ideally in SG& A controlling)
- Excellent analytical understanding and communication skills in German and English
- In depth understanding of SAP MM, CO and FI, other modules would be a big advantage
- Very good MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint) skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
