About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team at FedEx Express Austria GmbH.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all customs clearance procedures, including tariffing, under the guidance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent execution of all customs clearance procedures
  • Support for creating export customs declarations using our DV system
  • Creation of T1 documents
  • Point of contact for various customer inquiries related to customs procedures

Requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship in logistics or completed commercial education with relevant experience in customs clearance
  • Excellent knowledge of customs regulations and at least 2 years of experience as a customs clearance specialist
  • Good command of German and English
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work in a team
  • Punctuality and accuracy

The annual gross salary for a full-time position is at least € 39,200,- excluding overtime. Any possible overpayment will be based on market standards and your qualifications and experience.
