Wir suchen nach einer motivierten und engagierten Person, die sich für die Zollabfertigung und Logistik begeistert, um unsere Zollprozesse zu unterstützen und zu optimieren.

Die wichtigsten Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Verwaltung und Durchführung von Zollabfertigungsprozessen, einschließlich Ein- und Ausfuhr, Einfuhr, Ausfuhr, Bewegung, Einlagerung oder Transit von Waren über Grenzen hinweg und unterliegen der Zollkontrolle.
  • Bereitstellung administrativer Unterstützung für das Zollbetriebsteam, einschließlich Dateneingabe, Dokumentenverwaltung und Kommunikation mit Kunden und Interessengruppen.
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung internationaler Zollgesetze, -vorschriften und -standards.
Voraussetzungen

Um diese Herausforderung zu meistern, sollten Sie über folgende Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse verfügen:

  • Starke Motivation und Begeisterung für die Arbeit in der Zollabfertigung und Logistik.
  • Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, genau und effizient in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten.
  • Aufmerksamkeit zu Details und die Fähigkeit komplexe Datenmengen zu analysieren.
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel) und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell an die Zollsoftwaren anzupassen.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich).
  • Bereitschaft, Fähigkeiten in der Zollabfertigung und Logistik zu erlernen und zu entwickeln.
